Its easy to laugh it all off at this stage but I now know where the expression " Its Baltic" comes from. It was so cold today and the wind so fearce.

Askeskar has been part of the Mattsson family since the 1800's when it was given as a wedding gift to a local house maid and her husband. Since that date Askeskar Island has become a member of one of Vasterviks most treasured islands. Today Askeskar is protected by Kalmar Lansratt as a Nature Reserve.
