Askeskar has been part of the Mattsson family since the 1800's when it was given as a wedding gift to a local house maid and her husband. Since that date Askeskar Island has become a member of one of Vasterviks most treasured islands. Today Askeskar is protected by Kalmar Lansratt as a Nature Reserve.

Looks really lovely, have you tested it yet? I would give it a run before you seal the ceiling wood around it, make sure it's airtight!
