Wednesday saw a great day of working with Maria prepping the windows for the treatment and painting. I think secretly shes enjoying getting stuck in. It saves me doing that job. Love her!!

Askeskar has been part of the Mattsson family since the 1800's when it was given as a wedding gift to a local house maid and her husband. Since that date Askeskar Island has become a member of one of Vasterviks most treasured islands. Today Askeskar is protected by Kalmar Lansratt as a Nature Reserve.
