Here you can see the old window. Hopefully once we have removed this we can see how this was fitted originally. Guess its hard to put a window in a tin can!

Askeskar has been part of the Mattsson family since the 1800's when it was given as a wedding gift to a local house maid and her husband. Since that date Askeskar Island has become a member of one of Vasterviks most treasured islands. Today Askeskar is protected by Kalmar Lansratt as a Nature Reserve.
